Delivery & Returns Policy

We deliver your order reliably and quickly throughout Switzerland. Delivery time is usually between 5 to 12 working days, depending on availability and shipping volume. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with all important shipping information.

For customers within Switzerland, there is a 30-day return policy. Goods can be returned within this period, provided the products are in their original, unused, and perfect condition. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return.

Important note: The right of return applies exclusively to orders within Switzerland. Orders from Europe or other countries outside Switzerland are excluded from the right of return. International orders can therefore neither be returned nor exchanged.
